Job Summary

The Head of Feasibility is responsible for leading the feasibility and market intelligence function across United Hospitality Management's hotel development pipeline. The role evaluates new hotel management, acquisition, lease, investment and development opportunities by conducting comprehensive market, financial, and operational analyses to support strategic decision‑making.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership, Business Development, Operations, Finance and Asset Management teams, the Head of Feasibility provides data‑driven recommendations that determine the commercial viability of projects across entire United Hospitality Management target markets.
