They are seeking an ambitious Head of Finance and Business Partner to lead their business to commercial success. This role will report directly to the Group Finance Director, acting as their right-hand person and managing the finance function with full autonomy.

Your new role

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring strong performance and collaboration.
• Oversee period-end, monthly management, variance analysis, audit, and core internal finance deliverable.
• Engage in business partnering with 10 department heads, optimising and driving profitability.
• Provide commercial insights, leverage numbers, and identify key metrics.
