Acting as a trusted advisor to the Chairman, n this broad leadership role, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance & Corporate Services to lead the Group's finance function and provide oversight of the wider corporate services infrastructure that supports the business.

• Lead and develop the Group finance function.
• Review team structures, responsibilities and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and strong financial controls.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts across all Group entities.
