A medium-sized services provider is urgently seeking an experienced, operational, hands-on, yet commercially strong, Head of Finance to join their team in Durban, KZN .

The role will start off as a contract role, with a minimum of 6 months, and will be ideally suited to an experienced person who is immediately available, or available shortly.

The company has a lot of moving parts and will require an agile person who can adapt to circumstances as they change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full financial responsibility for one of the Group Companies.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage financial relationships with banks, auditors, and institutions.
