Head of Finance
Location: Farnborough
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 plus a 10% bonus

This is a key leadership appointment, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting at the heart of the leadership team, with responsibility for leading a Finance function of currently six people.

We're looking for a finance leader who can demonstrate both strategic capability and the ability to drive operational excellence. You'll combine strong financial stewardship with genuine commercial and operational leadership, acting not only as the guardian of financial control and compliance but as a trusted business partner who helps the business achieve its strategic and commercial objectives.
