Position Overview

The Head of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management of the Hospital, including financial strategy, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and financial controls. The role supports the Hospital's business objectives by identifying operational efficiencies, cost‑saving opportunities, and implementing best practices in financial and management accounting systems. The Head of Finance also provides strategic financial advice and recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Management Team. This position oversees the Finance Division, including Financial Services, Business Office, Credit Control, Front Office and Material Management.
