Position Overview:

The Head of Finance is a critical member of the Philippines leadership team, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership for the Philippines. This role owns the full spectrum of finance, controlling, and governance responsibilities—spanning accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, compliance, and working capital management—while acting as a trusted business partner to the Philippines team.

Beyond operational excellence, this role plays a pivotal part in driving profitable growth under Strategy 2027 , leading finance transformation initiatives, and serving as the finance lead for the Philippines. The role currently overseas 11 FTE’s in Philippines.
