Descrição - Management of team, org chart and suppliers from the area. - Management of work schedule during planning, budgets, festival operation and closing. - Set deadlines and weekly milestones to be checked with internal team and with suppliers/third parties. - Alignment and collaboration with all other domains, for Finance matters. - Management and control of budgets. - Structure area reports, for different audiences, such as: board, senior management, teams, other domains, etc - Create financial statements and reports, and share feedback. - Work closely with board and management to create financial goals and plans, and support business in general. - Analyze financial patterns and processes to inform planning and decision-making, and provide commentary and analysis on the company's performance. - Provide financial advice to managers of other areas, based on project needs. - Model revenues per busi...
