Description

Working as part of the Finance Team, you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the financial close and financial reporting processes, including the preparation of accurate, timely and compliant financial statements under US GAAP, UK GAAP and Lux GAAP.

In your capacity as Head of Financial Reporting, you will also act as the Luxembourg Financial Controller with accountability for the CES (Convex European entity) regulatory reporting, financial accounting processes and controls.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing the outsourced teams in various locations who are responsible for Financial Reporting. As our successful candidate, you will embody the Convex values and share your skills and experience across Convex.
