Position Overview

            
Lead diverse Creation & Application teams, promoting excellence, engagement, and collaboration
Translate customer needs and market insights into commercially successful flavor solutions
Partner with Commercial, R&D, and regional teams to deliver unique customer value
Guide technical innovation, renewal, and capability building across Germany
Be a senior technical ambassador with customers, combining expertise with trust and insight
Build a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and people development

Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior technical leadership role in the Food industry
Experience leading technical or application teams in flavors, food ingredients, or a comparable industry
