About CJC Race

CJC Race is a skill-based blockchain horse racing platform with a growing community of players, collectors, and racing enthusiasts.

We're building our Dubai Gameplay Operations Hub and are looking for a highly motivated gamer, content creator, and community builder to lead the initiative.

This is not a traditional manager role.

You'll play, create content, build community, recruit creators, run tournaments, and help grow the CJC ecosystem from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Dubai gameplay operations
• Lead a small team of interns and creators
• Participate in races and understand game mechanics deeply
• Recruit and manage creators, streamers, and community contributors
• Host weekly race nights, competitions, and community events
