About The Role

The Head of Global Media & Content leads the company’s external narrative and content ecosystem to strengthen reputation, support strategic priorities and enhance visibility with key stakeholders. This is a senior role within Corporate Communications, responsible for shaping and delivering a consistent, high-quality narrative across all external channels. The role goes beyond traditional media relations to integrate social media and corporate storytelling into a single, aligned content strategy. The role acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on external positioning, messaging and visibility. The role sets the strategic direction, standards and governance for how the company is represented externally across media, social platforms and corporate storytelling. It ensures a consistent, credible and differentiated narrative that supports the Group’s strategic priorities, strengthens reputation and enhances visibility with key stakeholders.
