Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and full operational oversight of all golf course and related facilities, ensuring exceptional course conditions, playability, and presentation with a strong focus on Paspalum turfgrass management.
• Oversee daily maintenance and long-term agronomic conditioning of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and landscaped areas to ensure optimal turf health and consistency.
• Lead and supervise golf course movement, grading, shaping, and contouring projects to ensure proper surface and subsurface water flow and long-term course sustainability.
• Oversee drainage infrastructure including subsurface systems, piping networks, and stormwater management to maintain high-performance playing conditions year-round.
