About the role

Techstep is experiencing strong development and growth, and we are looking for an operationally strong Head of Group Accounting . You will be responsible for the accounting team and the financial reporting for all Group entities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal guidelines at all times. In addition, you will coordinate accounting processes and drive the improvement and digitalization of internal routines and processes related to accounting, internal control, and reporting.

What will you do

• Overall responsibility for the Group’s accounting function in accordance with IFRS

• Responsible for statutory reporting, including VAT and tax reporting

• Ensure compliance with requirements from the Oslo Stock Exchange, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, and other authorities
