I'm currently working with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, who are looking to hire a Head of Healthcare Data to lead their growing data function and drive the next phase of their data transformation journey.

This role sits within the Digital, Data & Technology leadership team and will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's data strategy, leading a team across data engineering, analytics and automation, and ensuring data is leveraged as a strategic asset across the business.

The organisation is embarking on a major analytics modernisation programme, including a move to Microsoft Fabric, the development of self-service analytics capabilities, and the exploration of AI and predictive analytics.
