Head of HR - Fintech – Dubai (Covering Egypt & KSA)

About the Role we’re seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR (CX) to lead the people agenda across Dubai, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. This role will drive the full HR strategy for our regional Customer Experience organization — overseeing all aspects of operations, compliance, performance, and engagement. As a key partner to CX leadership, you’ll shape the organizational structure, build scalable HR systems, and ensure a world-class employee experience across multiple high‑growth markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Regional HR Strategy: Define and execute the HR roadmap for CX across Dubai, Egypt, and KSA, aligning with business growth and regional priorities.
