1. Build and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy
- Own full-cycle recruitment for the SSC ramp-up (0 → ca. 150 employees)
- Design and implement scalable hiring processes, tools, and employer branding
- Ensure delivery of high-quality talent at pace, aligned with business timelines
- Partner closely with leadership on workforce planning and hiring roadmap
2. Establish HR function from the ground up (Poland)
- Design and implement core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle, retention, engagement)
- Act as the primary HR partner for all employees in Poland
- Build HR policies, procedures, and documentation compliant with Polish labour law and group requirements
- Ensure smooth employee experience during rapid scale-up
