The Frazer Jones team is pleased to be partnering with a prominent Singapore headquartered organisation to appoint a Head of HR Shared Services. This HR Shared Services lead is responsible for leading, scaling, and optimising the organisation’s HR Shared Services function, ensuring the efficient delivery of end‑to‑end HR operations. This role oversees service delivery across payroll, HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and data governance, while driving continuous improvement, digital enablement, and a best‑in‑class employee experience.
