​We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead an established HR function and shape the people strategy for a successful, growing, multi-site organisation operating throughout the UK.

This is a senior HR leadership role with genuine influence across the business. 

You will provide strategic HR direction, expert employment law guidance and clear leadership across all areas of people management, working closely with senior leaders to ensure HR best practice, legal compliance and a positive working culture.
