NHS Fife is seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to take on the newly created role of Head of Interface Pathway Development and Change.

This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the most ambitious transformation programmes in Scotland, helping redesign how urgent and unscheduled care is delivered across acute, community and health and social care services.
Working directly with the Director of Acute Services and Director of Health and Social Care, you will drive the development of innovative, whole-system pathways that ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

As a senior leader within NHS Fife, you will spearhead transformational change across a diverse portfolio that includes:
Urgent and Unscheduled Care pathways
Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC)
