Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based Internal Audit strategy and annual audit plan.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Internal Auditors and IT Auditors.
• Oversee financial, operational, compliance and IT audit engagements.
• Ensure effective governance, risk management and internal control processes across the business.
• Present findings and quarterly reports to the Audit Committee and Executive Management.
• Monitor and drive the resolution of audit findings.
• Oversee fraud investigations and ethics-related matters where required.
• Champion the use of data analytics, automation and AI to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders while maintaining audit independence.
