Core Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline daily laboratory activities in line with ISO and global best practices.
Provide leadership to the laboratory team through coaching, training, and performance management.
Oversee the upkeep, calibration, and efficient use of advanced laboratory equipment.
Establish and monitor robust quality assurance and quality control frameworks, including infection control measures.
Ensure all laboratory reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within defined timelines.
