About the role

The Head of Legal is a senior, hands‑on role combining strategic legal judgment, corporate governance leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational execution in a multi‑jurisdictional insurance environment. We're currently looking for candidates in Miami, Mexico City, or Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on all legal matters of the Company, including corporate general matters of U.S. entities, such as drafting board and stockholder resolutions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and monitoring ongoing legal and financial obligations.
• Draft, review, and approve the Company's legal forms and documentation, including insurance policies, riders and add‑ons, underwriting forms, claims forms, codes of conduct, and other internal and external legal documents.
