About the Job

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual marketing strategies to hit business revenue targets.
• Deep familiarity in insurance and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) networks.
• Partner with surgeons, counselors, and clinic managers to boost conversion rates.
• Lead all digital growth channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, and website optimization).
• Build personal surgeons branding and leadership initiatives for the medical team.
