Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead a dedicated team of digital marketers and livestream creators. Your primary mandate is aggressive, high-volume lead generation . This role requires a blend of creative social commerce strategy and a deep, tactical understanding of running performance ads within high-scrutiny, heavily restricted advertising niches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance & Lead Generation: Design, deploy, and scale high-converting paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive a consistent, massive volume of inbound leads.
