AVP Merchandising for: HARDWARE and HOME

Position Summary

The AVP – Merchandising oversees strategy and execution for the hardware category, focusing on assortment, sales performance, vendor management, pricing, inventory, and team leadership to drive growth and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales, profit, and market share.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, pricing, and supply agreements.
• Oversee product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory to meet customer needs and support business goals.
• Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure optimal stock levels and effective category promotions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
