Responsibilities - Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations in a high‑volume coffee shop.
- Train, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Implement effective staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Maintain inventory control, ordering, stock management, COGS and wastage control.
- Ensure consistency and standards of service while delivering a premium guest experience.
- Use strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
