This senior leadership position drives engineering excellence across a food and beverage manufacturing facility. Main role responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all engineering projects, from planning through execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and boost productivity


• Manage CapEx, training, and consulting budgets


• Oversee new equipment contracts and engineering drawing controls


• Coordinate planned shutdowns and facility renovations with maintenance teams
