• Oversee office operations, supplies, bookings, and day‑to‑day team support
• Manage HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and recruitment coordination
• Support CEO and COO operations including calendars, communications, meetings, and follow‑up actions
• Support and improve internal systems, tools, and workflows to keep the company running efficiently
