Job summary:
Based in Malaysia, the Head of Outsourced Operations is accountable for the end-to-end management of outsourced manufacturing operations in Malaysia. Working closely with the contract manufacturers, the role will look after all manufacturing operations in Malaysia and will lead the operational execution, escalation and resolution of challenges in partnership delivery, whilst embedding continuous improvement in line with high-performance culture and values. Ensuring compliance and reporting through KPI management, you will be responsible for leading and development of the local operations team internally and the development of the outsource operations manufacturing partners.
