We're looking for a Head of Platform who can own our entire platform stack and actually build things. Not a manager. Not a process person. Someone who has designed systems that survived contact with reality, owns problems end to end — from the first whiteboard sketch to production at scale — and has the scars to prove it.

You’ll define the architecture of our platform layer, own its execution, and be accountable for what ships. You’ll set the bar for how we build, and you’ll raise it continuously.
