Position Overview
Develop and implement overall PMO process and ensure the alignment with Upstream leadership and overall enablers head Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practicesEnsure consistent implementation of PMO processes across all projectsOversee the organization’s project and ensure the alignment with strategic prioritiesPrioritize projects and allocate resources effectively including ensuring no overlap projects with similar objectives within Upstream organizationMonitor projects performance and provide regular reports to senior management including addressing stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts.Together with each enabler head, to manage project risks and issues.
