Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Portfolio Operations to provide senior operational leadership across a complex, high-profile portfolio of live, publicly accessible precincts. This role will lead and oversee portfolio-wide service delivery across Facilities Management, onsite Helpdesk, Permit and Berth Operations, Event Operations, and Health, Safety and Environment. You will ensure operational services are delivered in a coordinated, compliant and precinct-based manner, with a strong focus on safety, performance, governance and continuous improvement.
