We are seeking an exceptional and inspiring Head of Pre-School to lead our thriving Early Years provision at a well-established independent school in West Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to shape and develop a high-quality, nurturing environment where children aged 2-4 flourish through curiosity, creativity and care.

The Role
As Head of Pre-School, you will:
· Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Pre-School
· Lead, motivate and support a dedicated Early Years team
· Ensure outstanding standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care
· Deliver a rich, play-based curriculum aligned with EYFS principles
· Build strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community
· Ensure full compliance with Safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
