This is a rare opportunity for a true player-coach who combines product leadership, technical expertise, and hands‑on execution. You'll own both Product and Engineering across a portfolio of ad‑monetized casual mobile games, helping shape strategy while actively contributing to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive product strategy across a portfolio of casual mobile games
- Own roadmap planning, experimentation, and product performance
- Lead technical architecture and engineering best practices
- Drive AI adoption across product and development workflows
- Collaborate closely with UA, monetization, analytics, and R&D teams
- Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team
- Lead by example through hands‑on product and technical contribution
