Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Head of Projects to lead one of the most critical and revenue-generating regions for a leading facilities management organization. This role oversees a portfolio of highly customized construction projects across South Texas, including asset replacements, roof replacements, and building modifications valued between $50K and $3M.
This individual will lead a team of 3 Project Managers, manage relationships with 8-10 key clients, and oversee the financial performance of a large project portfolio. The ideal candidate comes from a small-to-mid-sized General Contractor environment and brings strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, client development, and P&L oversight.
This is not a traditional project management role—the team is looking for a business-minded leader and negotiator who can drive revenue, build client relationships, manage subcontractors and vendors, and successfully deliver 15-20 projects simultaneously...
