About the opportunity
 
We are seeking an experienced quality and compliance leader to join a well-established and growing education and care organisation supporting thousands of children, families and educators across multiple services in the Newcastle and Hunter region.
  
Reporting to the Director and forming part of the senior leadership team, the Head of Quality & Compliance will provide strategic oversight of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, child safety, governance and risk management across a diverse portfolio of Early Education and Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) services.
