Key Responsibilities
Cooperate with management team to formulate and establish quality management system, quality operating procedures and quality goals. Conduct internal audit to R&D and program management, identify the conformances and track the follow-up. Lead preparation of internal cross-function team to secure the success in customer audit and external 3rd party audit. Organize and facilitate the investigation of customer quality complaints regarding R&D, and follow up the improvement actions till closure. Collect and present the quality performance data to management team. Conduct the quality training to all employees at defined frequency. Launch quality events to all employees to enhance the quality mindset Job Requirements
