Knight Frank is seeking an exceptional Head of Residential Projects & Off-Plan to lead one of the UAE's most prestigious residential project sales businesses. This is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic growth, commercial performance and operational success of Knight Frank's Project Sales and Off-Plan service line.

Reporting directly to the Head of UAE Residential, you will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle—from securing exclusive mandates with leading developers through to the successful launch, marketing and sale of landmark residential developments. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing strategic developer partnerships and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.
