Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury real estate brokerage in Greece, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales – Crete to lead and develop our operations on the island.

This is a senior commercial role with full responsibility for building the Crete platform: developing market presence, securing prime and super-prime listings, recruiting and mentoring agents, and representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand at the highest level.

The role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic market development and offers the opportunity to shape the long-term growth of one of Greece’s most important luxury destinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Greece Sotheby’s International Realty’s sales operations in Crete.
