Head of Sales (RX)

This position leads the affiliate’s sales line (portfolio team), motivating and inspiring Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and their teams to achieve assigned targets and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Business Results – Lead and manage the sales line portfolio, set targets, and ensure achievement through RSMs and their teams.
• Financial Management – Identify and monitor key sales line financial indicators, manage financial commitments, and optimize short‑ and long‑term performance.
• Strategy Development & Execution – Coordinate cross‑functionally to create portfolio strategies, translate them into objectives, metrics, and action plans, and ensure effective communication and execution.
• Operational Excellence – Lead execution excellence through RSMs and teams, meeting or exceeding commercial/operational KPIs.
