Head of Sales Operations (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to build the operational backbone of our European commercial organization, enabling our teams to sell high‑power energy storage solutions faster and more effectively across data centers, grid, and defense applications. Building on an established and active European sales operation, you will own the systems, data, and processes that keep the commercial engine running: turning sales and market data into insight, standardizing how we work, and removing the operational hurdles that slow deals down. This is a hands‑on operational and organizational role in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment – you will not carry a quota, you will make the people who do more successful.
