THE/STUDIO seeks a hands-on Head of Sales to lead, build, and optimize inside sales, outbound, and revenue operations across two business units. You will operate directly with the CEO to align macro goals with day-to-day execution, while collaborating with the Sales Manager on playbooks, calls, analytics, and pipeline optimization.
