The Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s TM & OD strategy across the entire site. This role leads initiatives in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning/ High-Potential Development, and Organizational Development. The position ensures a strong and sustainable talent pipeline, fosters a high-performance culture, and drives capability-building aligned with organizational goals.
