We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Head of Technical & Design to lead the technical and design function within a growing Keywall façade business. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from design development and engineering coordination through to manufacturing, logistics, installation, and project delivery for our Keywall product range.

This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive experience in high-rise façade systems, brick-slip wall cladding, mega panel solutions, and multi-storey construction projects.
