Job Description

The Delivery team enables Gousto to deliver complex business and technology change successfully across the organisation. Working closely with Technology, Product and other teams across the business, the function ensures strategic programmes are planned, governed and delivered effectively while continually improving delivery capability across the business. 

As Head of Delivery, you will lead Gousto's most complex transformation programmes while maintaining a portfolio-level view across delivery activity company-wide. You'll be responsible for driving large-scale technology and business change, including AI transformation, strengthening delivery capability, and embedding high standards across the organisation.
