Job Description

The Head, Infrastructure is responsible for setting the strategic direction, governance, design, delivery, and operations of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure across the Group. The role ensures that infrastructure platforms are resilient, secure, scalable, cost‑efficient, and compliant, while effectively enabling business growth, digital transformation, and regulatory obligations. This position provides end‑to‑end accountability covering infrastructure solution delivery, engineering, operations, service reliability, and modernisation initiatives across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, in close partnership with business, architecture, security, risk, and delivery stakeholders.
