This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll spend roughly 60% of your time in active clinical practice and 40% on leadership, training, and operational responsibilities. You’ll design and implement nursing protocols across every clinic in the network. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor veterinary nurses and technicians — building a team that delivers consistent, compassionate, high‑quality care regardless of which location a client walks into.

You’ll own the nursing department budget, manage staffing costs, and ensure the nursing function operates efficiently as we scale.
