The purpose of a Head Retail Partnerships is to define and drive the commercial partnership strategy for Retail Media by identifying, structuring, and closing high‑value retail partnerships, translating data and media capabilities into scalable revenue opportunities, and establishing long‑term enterprise relationships that enable market expansion and sustained commercial growth.

- Determine and drive the partnerships strategy in alignment with Retail Media and broader business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new retail and non‑endemic partnership opportunities
- Translate strategic product and data capabilities into commercially viable partnership models
- Establish go‑to‑market propositions that enable revenue growth and market expansion
