ProStaffSelect are in search of a HIGHLY SKILLED & TALENTED HEAD SOMMELIER / WINE SERVICE AMBASSADOR to oversee service, welcome & host, educate & excite guests with wine and food selections, recommend food & wine pairing options, do wine & food service, cocktails and barista service, pamper guests & ensure an unforgettable dining experience, do beverage controls, supervise staff and do general admin.
